The young people of today must cope with far more personal & social pressures than any generation of youth. Early intervention through mentorship may be able to give young people the support they need to deal with these pressures which will help them grow as a person and become the best version of themselves.
The Violence Solution vision is to see youth & teens excel in development and excellence & to possess the skills to achieve their goals.
Our Board of Directors, Team Members, and Volunteers are committed, with experience
in a variety of disciplines. Combined, our organization has over 30 years of experience providing programs and services to meet and understand the needs of our participants & community. Our team consists of Educators, Entrepreneurs, and Leaders in our church community.
Due to the wave of violence and killing, especially among our youth, our mission is to help people of all faiths & backgrounds in their time of need with dignity and respect. We inspire our youth & teens to continually strive for higher levels of performance through creative and strategic methods that are always focused on helping them achieve their goals and becoming a better person.
The No Limits Mentorship Program, a cornerstone of Violence Solution Inc., is rooted in the unwavering belief that there is no limit to a young person’s potential—and that God has a divine plan for every life. We recognize that every teen has a unique seed of creativity, leadership, and greatness planted within them from birth. Our role is to water that seed through consistent mentorship, compassion, and powerful guidance.
Designed for youth ages 13 to 18, No Limits equips the next generation with the tools they need to thrive emotionally, socially, spiritually, and mentally—right in the heart of their community. Our program nurtures family unification, emotional intelligence, self-awareness, entrepreneurship, leadership, and community engagement, along with a host of other skills creating well-rounded individuals prepared to overcome adversity and pursue their dreams with confidence.
By fostering a safe, faith-based space for growth and accountability, we help young people tap into their God-given gifts, build healthy relationships, and develop lifelong skills that empower them to make positive choices—within their families, peer groups, and neighborhoods.
With our No Limits Program, we don’t just mentor—we transform. Because when a young person discovers their purpose, there truly are no limits.
As members of the community, we’ve seen firsthand how vital it is to equip young people with decision-making tools that shape their futures. In our program, we emphasize the importance of critical thinking in daily life, helping students analyze situations, weigh options, and make informed choices with confidence. Through engaging activities and real-world scenarios, we guide them in identifying challenges they may face at home, in school, or in their communities, and support them in developing resilience-building strategies to push through adversity. Our mission is to instill the confidence and clarity needed to face life’s obstacles head-on, empowering them not just to survive challenges—but to overcome them and thrive.
Our goal is to help our program participants strengthen their interpersonal skills so they can thrive in all areas of life—from the classroom to the workplace and beyond. By focusing on core areas like active listening, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and effective communication, we empower our youth to build meaningful relationships, navigate social challenges, and become strong team players. Through interactive lessons, group activities, and mentorship, we create a safe space for students to practice and grow these essential soft skills. Our ultimate aim is to foster confident, respectful, and socially aware young individuals who are well-equipped to lead, collaborate, and contribute positively to their families, schools, and communities.
Our mentees will learn the importance of persistence and accountability, discovering that success often comes through hard work, consistency, and owning their choices.
Through real-life projects and service opportunities, students experience leadership in community service, gaining a sense of purpose and pride in making a difference.
By building strong work ethic and leadership skills early on, we prepare our youth to be confident, reliable, and action-oriented leaders in every area of life work effectively in any environment.
Our program emphasizes Community Awareness as a vital life skill for youth ages 13–18, helping them understand the power of unity, respect, and cultural connection. Through lessons in cooperation and multi-cultural relationships, students gain the tools to appreciate and engage with people from all walks of life. We foster this growth through cultural competency workshops, where youth explore different traditions, values, and experiences, and learn how to communicate across cultural lines with empathy and understanding. Team-building exercises further strengthen their ability to work together, solve problems collectively, and build trust with peers from diverse backgrounds. By nurturing an awareness of community and inclusion, our goal is to raise socially responsible young leaders who embrace diversity, stand up for equity, and know how to work effectively in any environment.
At the core of our youth development program is a commitment to guiding students ages 13–18 through a powerful journey of self-discovery and self-esteem building. We begin with an introduction to the program structure, expectations, and goal-setting, helping each participant create a personal roadmap for growth. Through our journaling workshops, youth learn to pause, reflect, and build healthy habits of self-awareness and emotional expression. We incorporate intentional self-esteem and self-worth activities designed to help students recognize their strengths, celebrate their individuality, and develop a positive internal voice. By creating a safe and supportive space, we empower our youth to embrace who they are, believe in what they can achieve, and gain the confidence to pursue their goals with purpose and pride.
Preparing youth ages 13–18 for life beyond the classroom is a key priority of our program, and our Entrepreneurship component is designed to do just that. We begin by helping students understand workplace expectations—from showing up on time to mastering the soft skills that employers value most, like communication, teamwork, and adaptability. But we don’t stop there. We ignite the entrepreneurial spirit by teaching the fundamentals of starting and running a business, helping youth see themselves as creators, innovators, and problem-solvers. Through interactive business planning workshops, students gain hands-on experience developing business ideas, setting goals, and learning the basics of budgeting, marketing, and customer service. Whether they dream of launching their own brand or stepping confidently into their own business we provide the skills and mindset they need to succeed in today’s evolving economy.
Family Unification is a powerful pillar of our youth development program, rooted in the belief that strong families build strong communities. We will create safe, supportive spaces where they can learn essential life skills like conflict resolution, communication, empathy, and mediation—tools that help bridge the gap between generations, heal strained relationships, and strengthen bonds at home. We help youth recognize their role in their families not just as children, but as future leaders, listeners, and peacemakers. Through engaging discussions, role-playing exercises, and guided reflections, participants learn how to express themselves respectfully, manage disagreements, and better understand the perspectives of their parents or caregivers. Our goal is to reduce household tension, promote emotional safety, and encourage mutual respect—empowering families to grow together, not apart. When young people feel supported at home, they’re more confident, more secure, and better prepared to thrive in every area of life.
